1 hour in our full-spectrum infrared sauna.

As a skin-focused clinic, we love infrared for supporting circulation, relaxation, recovery and overall skin and body wellbeing. The gentle infrared heat encourages a deep sweat while helping the body unwind, making it the ultimate reset.

But our favourite way to experience it? Before your treatment.

Add the Detox Box before your facial, Buccal treatment or Zero Gravity experience and allow your entire body to warm, soften and completely switch off before you even enter the treatment room.

Think: 60 minutes of warmth and stillness, followed by your favourite Elysian treatment.
