Booking Appointments

Please be courteous when making a booking as last minute cancellations or no shows can be detrimental for our business, by not allowing sufficient time to fill the appointment & causing other clients to miss out on their preferable times such as evenings & weekends.

Bookings & Cancellation Policies

Please contact Elysian Beauty & Wellness reception directly to make any changes to your appointment days / times.

To protect our small family business and wonderful team, cancellation fees will apply to all late cancellations and no shows.

Our cancellation fees are as follows:

50% of the total service cost if cancelled within 24hrs of booked appointment.

No shows will be required to pay the full booking amount. 

Please Note:
Cancellations or changes to appointment times during business closure ie. Sunday’s or Public holidays will take effect from the next business day and be included in the cancellation time frame.

Please be aware that when our business is closed we cannot receive your cancellation or move your appointment until the next business day.

If unwell a medical certificate will be required to avoid cancellation fee’s, otherwise full cancellation fees will apply.

Full cancellation fees will still apply to any reason of cancellation that is out of your control.

In the event of an emergency Elysian Beauty & Wellness may waive the cancellation fee at its discretion.

By booking you are agreeing to our cancellation policies and Elysian Beauty & Wellness charging your stored credit card or to capture cancellation fees if the deposit amount is lower than the cancellation fee.

We are now taking booking deposits for longer appointments and will be safely securing all credit card details on client files through our new and improved, certified point of sale system.

We thank you for your understanding, loyalty and support that enables us to employ and provide consistent working hours for our passionate team of beauty and skin therapists, enabling us to service the beautiful people of Launceston.

Payments

Elysian Beauty & Wellness accepts payments for products and services in the form of cash, eftpos services and AFTER PAY. Elysian Beauty & Wellness requires that payments are to be made in full after your treatment prior to leaving the salon.

Gift Vouchers are redeemable on services and products.

Personal Belongings

We will not take any responsibility for the loss of any personal belongings left on the premises. We suggest keeping all items together during your treatment.

Parking Your Vehicle

Many beautiful clients come to our clinic every day, fortunetly we are very lucky to be in the centre of the city with lots of car parking just minutes walk from the salon. Please allow an extra 10-15 minutes before your first appointment with us to find your park and around busy periods (Christmas time).

Product Return Policy

Please choose your product purchases carefully. Due to maintaining strict hygiene standards Elysian will not provide exchanges or refunds.

Faulty Or Defective Products

Any purchases proven to be faulty or defective may be replaced, although money will not be refunded. Contact Elysian Beauty & Wellness as soon as possible if you suspect your product is defective.

Treatments & Services

We aim to do our best to provide a wonderful service with every treatment, if you have had any treatment or started using products and have any concerns. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you and offer our professional advice.

All treatment and product pricing is subject to change without notice. We do our best to keep our information current but it may not always reflect the price changes on the website or treatment menu’s.
